About the coach:
Jamie Lee is a leadership and negotiation coach dedicated to helping ambitious people unlock value through Winning Negotiation Techniques. Born in South Korea, Jamie first learned the value of speaking up from the example of her mother, who single-handedly raised three daughters while running a small business as an immigrant in America. She has worked with thousands of professionals as a workshop leader on mutual-win negotiation strategies, self-advocacy, and transformative leadership. She has worked with leading institutions such as Human Capital Institute, Institute of Nuclear Power Operators, Global Network of Women Peacebuilders, Association of Corporate Counsels, JPMorgan Chase, Stantec, and Columbia University. She also hosts the weekly podcast, Born to Thrive with Jamie Lee on the Anchor platform and practices Aikido in her free time.
