ITM Africa Ltd offers a complete human resource and payroll management solution to client companies.

We take charge of the overall staff management including costs such as training required, medical care, family allowance and transportation. Through the formalization of a Labor Contract with our clients, we pay salaries and wages directly to the employee, make payments for all statutory deductions, manage the payroll in accordance with the legislation and delivery of pay slips, management of leave and absences, attend to dismissals and calculation of compensation. We are also responsible for supporting our client’s staff through capacity building training’s and coaching (view our training services page).
